I agree with you. He even mentions no direct access to file system. IMO direct access to file system is one of the main things differentiating operating systems

I agree with you. He even mentions no direct access to file system. IMO direct access to file system is one of the main things differentiating operating systems from content consumption devices such as mobile OSs.
