Yeah, sure, same here. However, at least in Germany, you have „Unterlassungsanspruch“ (injunctive relief). That means if you lawyer up (often free if have legal protection insurance) you can easily get an injunction against the distribution company. An e-mail is usually enough though. So that’s why I don’t really get any spam, except the occasional flyer from food delivery services or questionable political parties/organizations.
