So far I have been blaming Shopify for my shitty user experience. Is this article suggesting that Shopify intentionally let their customer fuck it up?
- hexsmash 5y agoI think Shopify want Merchants to work towards creating a great customer experience, as the article mentions, like building skills in a game you get better at. One of the "stages" would be improving the user experience.
