- foolmeonce 5y agoPeople who work 5 days aren't really working just 100%, they complain that they are asked to stay late and work weekends with little or no comp. (I.e. comp days that are more vacation days they can never actually schedule.) It is actually easier to penalize a company that makes you work more than agreed upon when the agreement is less than 100%.
