As a fan since childhood of Ramanujan, that's one of the movies I'm most grateful for. For a mainstream movie, it provides a great amount of information, while surprisingly evoking the same reverence and awe that I've always held for Ramanujan. I would've preferred more of a deep dive into his actual mathematics to get a feel for why he is ranked so highly among mathematicians, but I accept that it would've lost the interest of a lot of viewers who watch movies for the human story without really gaining much in exchange. Imitation Game was another great movie IMO. What are some other movies that focus on the life and works of a genius?
