There will be a never ending stream of "facts" that feed, surprise and mesmerize the curious mind, but no one is any wiser about anything at the end of it.
So just keep asking yourself is all the drama producing outcomes. Outcomes are the safest lodestone in the info tsunami age.
Not worth getting caught up in what the folks "on both sides" are saying reality show. Cuz focusing on "both sides of the story" can take focus away from the fact that the more Complex the Problem, all sides pretend they have the answer and all sides blunder in their own ways. Then they point at each other to take focus away from their own blundering.
When such things happen the right path is always to look for people solving simple things. Not the buffoons on "both sides" claiming mastery over complexity.
