Any free alternative to ArcGIS polygon simplification (like in the video)?

  Hey. I'm looking for a free polygon simplification tool similar to the one in the video. Is there any? My goal is to reduce the map size of a city in order to reduce the bandwidth needed.

      Wouldn’t have helped much. Video doesn’t have text, and I can’t read the screen (not even on an iPad)
