uhhh... your mac might be broken. I have one and my friend has one. We both engage in cpu/gpu intensive workloads and this just doesn't happen. Still within the return window? Would be interesting to find out your fan is DOA or something like that...
- pkw792 5y agoYeah it's pretty much brand new and for sure within the return window. Maybe there's something wrong with it. I was expecting cool fireworks for sure, but it's been nothing but a PITA thus far.
- rootusrootus 5y agoIt's broken, return it. My M1 MBP is a rocket, and doesn't exhibit any of the negative behavior you are experiencing.
