Without a comparison to the original pictures, they do look very good, the roads in particular look more realistic, as though taken from a dashcam or medium quality phone camera. However the foliage just looks blurred.

- plutonorm 5y agoThis is because its from scanned assets, I.e. there's no artist trying to imitate reality. The neural network above can take your artist created graphics and make them appear like they were scanned in. Both techniques achieve the same thing.
