Depends. You can probably install it just fine, as it's distributed as a npm package. The trouble starts when you want to build the iOS app. Currently, there isn't a way to build iOS apps on non-MacOS systems AFAIK. So in that regard, no, it isn't ported to Linux, because it simply can't be done right now.
