- davewritescode 5y agoWe do not. Most cheaper EVs are ~200 miles of EPA estimated range which here in the US limits the use of the vehicle significantly. You also have to account for the fact that EPA estimates tend to be fairly optimistic for the way some people drive. A Model3 AWD (non LR) will struggle to hit 200 miles of range at 75+ MPH with the heat running and temperatures near freezing. For anyone in New England cold weather and prevailing highway speeds of 75+ are fairly standard.
