I bet a lot of people read this and think "Well, looks like a good time to buy Tesla." Perceptually, this means the "Europeans" are not competing in the electric truck market; the market which is believed by most to be the future. [IMO, electric trucks _are_ the future. However, that is incidental, as stocks rise on perception, not fact]
