It’s in one of the airport customs offices buried under piles of parcels from China they don’t want to process (new policies on imports from China keep changing but those packages keep arriving) and under lower priority than the Covid aid they are processing I can’t imagine many of the staff there have iPhones nor would iPhone owners be super close to the building.
