Not that I'm defending it. but, a rapist hurt (in theory) 1 person. A "Hacker" can hurt hundreds or thousands or millions of people... I'm honestly not sure

A "Hacker" can hurt hundreds or thousands or millions of people...
I'm honestly not sure how to equate fair punishment in that space.

- nxpnsv 5y agoThat is a ridiculous sentiment. The rapist potentially could rape thousands of people. He should not be convicted for potential victims, but for actual victims.
