As someone who daily drives Nova... it depends. Plugin support is vastly better than it was 6 months ago but there are still tons of quirks (from a Typescript-first developer POV). If you're willing to code your own plugins or contribute to open source you'll find yourself a lot happier. Your mileage may vary but overall I'd give it a 9/10 in speed and UX but a 6-7/10 in usability compared to Webstorm or VSCode with the right plugins.
