Wow, didn't realize this many people were concerned about carbon footprints. I'm curious how this breaks down, at least in the US, in the east vs the west. I'm a vegetarian, so I obviously can't eat less meat, but I do enjoy buying locally when I can, mostly because I can be assured to have fresh ingredients, and I can see where the food came from.
