So true. Each time I was hired, I was expected to learn on my own time. The best I could get was a $30 book paid for. I kinda assumed the company was responsible to train you. The only training I received was when I volunteered to be first aid for the office. But I assume it was only due to it being a legal requirement to have some trained people.
