Hopefully the Tor operators have improved their process for handling this since a few years ago when the e-mail address for contacting them about malicious exit nodes went to someone whose email provider bounced any emails containing the names of some of the main targets for these attacks and who didn't seem to be able to understand the attack once you did somehow get through to them...
