Paris Teenager’s New Gig: Would-Be Queen of Italy. A Nation Shrugs
- znpy 5y agoSome point of views from an average italian person: Nobody really cares about the Savoia family. It mostly appeals to old women that have an old-fashioned romanticized view of monarchy. By the way, the Savoia family wouldn't even be legitimate heir to the (non-existant) "throne". The would-be legitimate heir faimily tree doesn't care that much because they have their own activities (they have their own activities). Yet they still have a fight from time to time. Not sure if youtube provides accurate auto-generated translation, but Giopizzi (an italian youtuber) talked about this whole thing here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3_5QvMBSIKM https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3_5QvMBSIKM Emanuele Filiberto recently started exploiting his name to sell dresses and stuff. It looks cheap, honestly, it's the kind of stuff that would make you look dumb.
