Show HN: Scammer taking advantage of Coinbase's bad customer service

I have been waiting for weeks for Coinbase to help me with a simple issue (verifying my account so that I can move money received in my Coinbase wallet) I tweeted at the official https://twitter.com/coinbasesupport account (which is what Coinbase recommends) but did not get any reply. I also have not heard back over email. This scam account however did reply, and you can see that they sent > 400 tweets with the same M.O.: https://twitter.com/Coinbasewallet_/with_replies "Hello. We would like to inform you that we cannot give specific account information over social media for security reasons. Please, send us a private message and we will be more than happy to help you!D" --- Bad Coinbase customer support has created this opportunity... On this note, does anyone know how to reach someone at Coinbase? I should probably just move my money elsewhere at this point. Any reccomendations? Thanks
