- lmilcin 5y agoPomodoro does not generally improve focus, it just helps prevent procrastination. Pair programming is another way to do the same -- since you have agreed with the other person to start at agreed time and work for specified number of hours it is much more difficult for you to suddenly stray to reading Hacker News. It does not necessarily mean your quality of focus will be better, it just means there will be minimum quantity of it.
