Unpaid overtime is never OK if you ask me. That said I favour flexible time arrangements instead of what I gather is mostly understood by 'overtime'. Thus averaging out to 8h (preferably 7h) per day. They definitely work more and things like parental are also not really a thing. Source: a friend of mine works there now.
