Clubhouse was founded in March 15th, 2020 and has raised $110M according to crunchbase. My take: If you think twitter is hot garbage, you'll be shocked at clubhouse. This is exactly why it got the funding. More seriously: its a video forum where people like Elon Musk can invite Vladimir Putin to have conversations... Isn't that neat.

The problem is that people don’t seem to want to have conversations these days so it would turn out more like Jerry Springer and less like Larry King.
