Many people strongly believe that Facebook will IPO at 100 billion or more. Valuing it at 70 based on the most recent large transaction seems perfectly reasonable to me. I don't think it makes sense for it to be valued that highly, but that is not the same as saying it isn't valued that highly. It clearly is.
