One of the first programs I wrote was the quadratic equation on my TI graphing calculator in TI basic in the mid 90s. It’s crazy these underpowered devices are still around. I got a serial to TI cable and was able to install all kinds of fun games. A racing game. Dopewars. Those were the days. I just downloaded Desmos on my phone and it’s what I think students should be using. Apple should make an education version of the iPod touch that just includes Desmos. That would be fun for TI ;)
