Unless you're going to count chaga lattes or something, which probably isn't environmentally sustainable unless you live in northern Canada or Siberia.

My breakfast is generally scrambled eggs... if this thing works with cooked mushrooms, I can easily see myself adding them to my daily morning food.

  It's probably only mushrooms that grow on wood. I doubt button mushrooms are going to confer much anti-cancer benefit.
