RF TV is state controlled for 20 years. In Ukraine it is not. Up until a few months ago collaborant TV channels worked in Ukraine. Actually RF propaganda is quite good at portraing Ukraine as fascist state, West as evil, USA as falling apart. It is good enough for Putin to be elected president, and it is much better than Belarus propaganda. Regarding Ukraine, it is good enough that some people support RF no matter Crimea occupation and 8 years proxy war.
