No facts, no numbers, just opinions and vague insinuations. I’d like to see a real breakdown. In my home state of Maine our power grid is owned by a Spanish conglomerate which seems to be engaging in cost cutting and price gouging. We’re trying to convert it to a consumer owned utility; we’ll see if that helps.
