Check Core Foundation [0]. It implements a lot of OS-X's API in Rust.
It is not Apple, is made by Mozilla as part of their Servo browser project. But is probably the best we'll have. Apple stopped playing the "open" game long ago, even before MS started it.

- vlovich123 5y agoI wonder if there’s some way to leverage the Swift annotations in the SDK to help generate the Rust code automatically.
- tristan957 5y agoServo is now managed by the Linux Foundation. Mozilla quit managing it after their round of layoffs early last year.
