Not all 'blue state politics measures/stances' overlap.
- epistasis 5y ago"Wealth tax"? The people who are leaving California are not high wealth. The best wealth tax out there, a land tax, has been prohibited in the California constitution via proposition 13, and that tax would go a long way towards eliminating the rentierism that is pushing out people with lower incomes.
