They feature some angry woman in their video who accepted their buyout for 3x the value of the house and doesn’t live there anymore. They literally had to stage a video of three people on a beach to claim that locals use it often when really it’s way far out of the way for anyone and far inferior to south padre which has far more amenities. The actual issue is the wildlife preserve but nooo the wsj wants to push an angle that SpaceX is bad because some homeowner is pissed that he’s not being offered 10x the value of his crappy 3/1 home built in the 80’s.
