Cognizant had to let go of business because it couldn't hire talent
- naruvimama 5y agoWhile I did not appreciate it then, CTS was not such a bad place to work and I did learn a lot. The only reason I would be reluctant to work their today, is if their management style has remained the same. If it had optimized for delivery they would have promoted people in the technical track. However, since it optimized billing hours even a toad could be promoted to a manager, if it spent enough years sticking to the walls.
