I love this idea! Layman's take: they oversell the economic/environmental benefits of this, but you have to market your work somehow. I love the idea though and really don't care about that anyway. It just makes my imagination wander. What if you could give someone a box of surprise pasta with a secret message? Hearts, a message like "LOL", or even something vulgar. Could you use this to produce breads which fold up in amusing ways in the oven as they bake? A pizza with a wrinkled crust, or that produces little pockets for sauce? Any other ideas?
