People like you for who you are, not for what you're trying to be. This departure from minimalism is pretty un-Googly. I thought their philosophy was ‘functionality over usability over design’ and latency being the "prized family jewel". I hope the new guy on top didn't start thinking "Let's be more like Steve's company". :)
