  It’s opt-in. You need to go digging around to find the setting to turn it on.

    Really? I only just disabled it (although I had refused it for each app that asked me to enable it). Maybe I missed a prompt during the upgrade? I'm sure I'm not the only one. I'm relatively technical and I thought until now that you had to do in on a per-app basis.
