- yosito 5y agoSure, if you want to hire a Senior Engineer, write "Senior Engineer", don't abbreviate it as "Snr Eng", because that will raise red flags for any senior engineer. Most of us get hundreds of messages a month from recruiters on LinkedIn, and we're quickly filtering out the ones that look like a lazy recruiter just spamming people.
