To what extent are these films either dubbed in English or have English subtitles?

At least in the first example I looked at (linked in the article) "Aimless Bullet" had English subtitles.

They're automatically machine-captioned in English (and others) on YouTube -- I tried one, the captions seem exceptional... they do speak very clearly in this particular movie, so that probably helps. edit: it seems only one set of korean captions are machine-generated, the rest are human-made? Neat.

I haven’t actually watched anything but just browsed around, so take the following with a grain of salt: They distribute the movies through both YouTube and their own website, kmdb. On YouTube they have a playlist called “with English subtitles” https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL28d5JImIlH7-gMEGxxH-nzUpKoUg0zcS https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL28d5JImIlH7-gMEGxxH-nzUp... On kmdb I couldn’t find any subtitle information and you need to register to play movies and the registration page is seemingly in Korean only ...
