Why isn't California enforcing this law? Is there any explanation?
- vmception 5y agoBecause people are still living in the streets in squalor and the state is already broke entertaining that and other programs. I’m not being facetious.
- Inhibit 5y agoThat sounds like why they should enforce it! The mechanism usually involves a transfer of wealth to the offendee.
- gnopgnip 5y agoThe law is mostly enforced against outright scams, not against legitimate companies that do pickup the phone or let you cancel.
