- cdot2 5y agoemployees work from offices about three days a week, and two days “wherever they work best," I really like this idea. It give you the benefits of working from home some times while still having in-office meetings and opportunities to work closely with other employees in person when necessary which I think is important
- slavapestov 5y agoIt also has some of the downsides of both too. You need a space big enough to work from home comfortably while still being within commuting distance of the office.
- plerpin 5y agoI think that working from the office 5 days a week is on the table if your home isn't set up for remote work.
