- devops000 5y agoWhat are public companies working with Retrons?
- shironineja 5y agoCurious as well. I am not in the industry but searching led me to synthego.com
- text70 5y agoThis will probably be a boon for single cell organism bioengineering. However, due to the fact of having to stick a reverse transcriptase into the mix to make it a functional platform, and the need to knock-out ssDNAase activity to achieve viable transformants, may ultimately prove problematic in multicellular organisms. Outcome: Any industrial microbes in use today, will become better, through empirically directed multi-site-mutational screening, subsequently improving yields.
