An NFT That Saves Lives

So...a fundraiser that requires being rich to be involved in, rather than soliciting donations from anyone no matter their financial status. What a world we live in now.

  > They run programs in hospitals in South Asia to teach new mothers how to take care of their babies once they get home. I'm hoping there is some kind of specific medical knowledge that is being passed on here, otherwise this sounds extremely dubious as a significant life saver...

If the point is to save lives, then how about doing the exact same thing, but just not burning all that coal to make the NFT itself? How is anyone's life actually saved or even improved by creating the actual NFT and wasting energy and creating carcinogenic air pollution and contributing to climate change, over just pretending, and burning virtual coal and wasting virtual electricity instead?

How does the dupe detector let this through so often?
