I have my ‘White Point’ reduced 100% and this feature is turned on/off via the Accessability Shortcut (triple click power button).
This effectively gives me another whole range of darkness with an easy triple click. In dark situations, rather than dim my brightness, I’ll use the shortcut. I’ve found the darkest point can actually be too dark! One negative is color and contrast can become a bit distorted, but I suppose this may be a limitation of my eyeballs.
- nexuist 5y agoThanks for the advice! I'll try it out. Although, it might be a good thing that I don't like using my phone for long periods at night :)
