Probably fake, it is http:// http://.
- SebaSeba 5y agoFrom what I've searched, e.g. from Yandex(Russian Google) SVR's (which apparently is the Russian counterpart for CIA) website seems to be http. So I would bet on this not to be a fake either. Quite funny though, if their official website is not secure.
