So I’ve learned all sorts of things, readings bits and pieces over the years. Mark donohue’s unfair advantage has a chapter on the Ford gt program and his involvement. Has some detail about Walt hansgen and some technical details. Other stuff I’ve just accumulated over the years ,don’t think anyone has written a complete history of the program. What PISSES me off, is that in HS I lived within bike distance of gurney’s AAR and had no idea. My dad should have known, but didn’t bother to tell me.
