Why exclude female hands from handshake combinations?
- petepete 5y agoIdentified by what? Nail varnish?
- procinct 5y agoPerhaps you could put a bow on the hand?
- oblio 5y agoI hope you're joking :-))
- PurpleFoxy 5y agoIt would be less arbitrary than the visual differences between the male, female, and gender neutral emoji which are pretty much differentiated by hair length. I’d say there are more men with long hair than nail varnish.
- Majestic121 5y agoWhat makes you think females are excluded ? Most females have hands, and hands are a pretty gender neutral part of the body, especially in emoji form.
- bellyfullofbac 5y agoAll the hands have 5 fingers... "able-body-ist" much? Adding 25 new symbols, just for different skin colors, is, well, a hack. And if I want to shake hands with a blue person, do I have to pick the right shade of blue for their hand or society will deem me racist if I pick none or the wrong one? I'm pretty progressive, but some demands are absurd and don't really help society, they just help people identify if you're "hardcore woke" enough.
- ahelwer 5y agoAh yes, the mark of any "pretty progressive" person: whinging about things that help people different from themselves feel included, because they don't explicitly pander to you. You sure about that label?
- hnbad 5y agoIt's called "concern trolling" btw.
- password321 5y agoYou are the problem if you believe one can't even label themselves as pretty progressive if one doesn't advocate every little trivial thing.
- ahelwer 5y ago"Not advocate" is different from "stand against"
