We're creating a CRM / ERP SaaS specifically for consultancies. After spending some lawyer fees two years ago we've concluded that 'free consent' does not exist when your school or company proscribes a SaaS solution. If you say "do not consent" can you still use the application in the same way? Can you refuse to use the tool? Without impacting career or school results?
