Every school district should be required to provide full details of at least: provider, data collected, anonymization status, all parties with access to data, and for how long. And District and parents must be notified of any changes in very short order. That way the District must be aware of it. The providers and District should also be appraised of their possible lliabilities: 1) If they don't provide that information, 2) If anything goes very wrong. Which is quite likely.
