- syntaxing 5y agoA bit off topic but how does this app work on Netlify? I thought you can only host static sites unless you have an offline script that acts as your backend?
- quickthrower2 5y agoYou can write JavaScript on static sites that calls apis hosted elsewhere. There are a lot of crypto apis out there. As long as they support CORS they can be used. I have a site with crypto prices and it is static. Some of those calls go out to apis direct and some go through a proxy I set up to get around cross origin issues.
