I'm not capable of directly refuting this so will stand aside, but wanted to note other commenters have pointed out on previous reposts of this that the author misinterprets facts in some pretty key ways to reach his conclusions, and a biochem PhD student friend of mine opines "This is a breathless conspiracy theory. The guy has no clue what he’s talking about." Just saying double check before going too deep :)
