- StavrosK 5y agoYou can't solder those because you can't get unset the part, you need a stencil and a reflow oven.
- nousermane 5y agoMaybe I can hand-solder 0.5mm BGAs, maybe I can't. Haven't tried yet. But author of the article linked right above your comment absolutely can. And wrote a TFA going into great details into how exactly. No stencils, no reflow.
